Microsoft Womens Scholarship

Covers a stipend and conference travel allowance. For one academic year. Nominated by the university. Link >

Barbour Scholarship

Citizens of countries in Asia (Including Turkey and everything east of there) who are not US citizens or permanent residents nor married to one, and intend to return to their native countries to pursue a professional career. Link >

Scholarships for Women Studying Information Security

Master’s students only, preference to US citizens and permanent residents. Link >

ACM-W Scholarship

N2Women Fellowships

Must help organize the N2Women meeting, check their website for the conference for which they are looking for applicants. Link >

Organizations

GradSWE

Graduate Committee of the Society of Women Engineers. Provides professional and social networking opportunities, organizes speakers, symposiums and presentations, encourages undergraduates to attend grad school, and disseminates information about a variety of events and opportunities that may be of interest. GEECS

Girls in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Both undergraduate and graduate. Organizes a variety of social, professional and academic events, including outreach to high schools. Link >

CSEG

CSE Graduates: General graduate student society, representing all CSE grads. Also hold a variety of social events and programs to improve graduate life, including Chez Betty. Link >

N2Women

Networking Networking Women, an international organization for researchers in communications and networking research. Look out for their events at major networking conferences. Link >
